to me, oil revenue will be converted to infrastructure and improved health care and education.
e-business will be about to start as the number of credit card and internet users increasing to 1 to 2 percent of the population. when the delivery system is improved, e-business has its way to grow.
tourism sector will still be the cash cow for cambodia. advertising model for businesses like hotel and attraction sites will be good to play. besides, internet connection and mobile phone connection is another revenue.
